Not every boiler can be accepted. Cover is subject to eligibility, a successful joining inspection and the boiler-age limits shown on each plan — up to 8 years old at joining for the 12-Year plan and up to 12 years old for the 15-Year plan. The Service Plan is available for any age boiler.
Existing faults are not covered. We identify them at the joining inspection and quote for them separately, so you know where you stand before any cover starts.

It refers to your boiler's age, not the length of your plan. Qualifying cover can continue until the boiler reaches that anniversary, subject to eligibility and the plan terms.
