Our home patch is Jarrow and the surrounding South Tyneside towns and villages — Hebburn, Simonside, Hedworth, Primrose, Monkton, Fellgate, Tyne Dock and Boldon Colliery. We also work across the river and along the riverside at Howdon, Wardley, Bill Quay, Willington Quay and Walker, plus selected surrounding areas.

- Urgent boiler and heating repairs — £80 including the first hour, with free fault diagnosis. Emergency enquiries are accepted 24/7 and attendance is subject to engineer availability.
- New boiler installation — A-rated boilers supplied and fitted from £1,600, or £1,440 for plan members.
- Boiler servicing — £65 for a full annual service.
- Landlord CP12 gas safety certificates — £65, or £97.50 with a boiler service in the same visit.
- Central heating — radiators, system upgrades, power flushing and full installations.
- General plumbing — leaks, taps, toilets, showers and everyday plumbing work.
- Service plans and boiler cover — from £11 a month, with qualifying cover from £18 a month.
How appointments work locally
Because we work in a fairly tight area, booked appointments get a realistic two-hour arrival window rather than a whole-day slot, and we message you before the engineer sets off. Urgent same-day appointments may be available, subject to engineer availability.
