Service Plan
A servicing & membership plan — annual boiler service, priority booking, free fault diagnosis, the £58.50/hr member labour rate and qualifying member benefits. A CP12 benefit applies only where the covered property is a rental and the plan includes it. Repairs, replacement parts and repair labour are not included under the £11 Service Plan — any repair work is charged at the member rate. Any age boiler.
£11/month12-Year Cover
Boiler cover starts here — everything in the Service Plan, plus qualifying boiler cover (parts & labour on covered components) and 2 emergency plumbing call-outs a year, labour & parts included. Qualifying cover continues until the boiler reaches its 12th anniversary, subject to eligibility and plan terms. Boilers up to 8 years old at joining.
£18/month15-Year Cover
Everything in 12-Year, plus central heating & controls cover (radiators, pump, valves, thermostat). Qualifying cover continues until the boiler reaches its 15th anniversary, subject to eligibility and plan terms. Boilers up to 12 years old at joining.
£25/monthTotal Home
Everything in 15-Year, plus drains, taps & toilets cover and unlimited qualifying emergency plumbing incidents — "unlimited" refers to the number of qualifying incidents, subject to plan limits and exclusions.
£30/monthAll cover is subject to eligibility, a successful joining inspection, an applicable waiting period, annual servicing being kept up to date, boiler-age and covered-component limits, and the plan terms. Existing faults are excluded and quoted separately. Plan prices may be reviewed — customers will receive notice of any change in accordance with the plan terms.
