When a repair isn't the answer
Most breakdowns are worth repairing, and we will always tell you honestly where we think a repair makes sense. Where a boiler is older, the parts are difficult to obtain, or the cost of the repair is getting close to the cost of replacement, we will explain that too — without any pressure to decide on the spot.
If replacement is worth considering, we can price a new A-rated boiler from £1,600 fitted with a fixed written quotation once the scope is agreed. If the boiler is fine and you simply want to reduce the chance of the next breakdown, annual boiler servicing is £65, or you can spread it across the year with a service plan from £11 a month.
