Landlords are responsible for ensuring the required gas-safety checks are completed and the records are provided and retained as required. We make the process straightforward — booking, tenant liaison where authorised, the inspection and the digital record.

Send the property address and postcode, along with tenant contact details where you would like us to arrange access directly. Booked appointments are given a realistic two-hour arrival window and we message before the engineer sets off, which makes tenant access considerably easier to organise.
Adding a boiler service to the same visit brings the total to £97.50 and keeps compliance and maintenance on one appointment. If a rental property also needs general plumbing work — a dripping tap, a running toilet, a leak under a sink — tell us when you book and we can look at it in the same visit where time allows.
A CP12 benefit applies only where the covered property is a rental and the applicable plan includes the benefit.
